On February 6, Jinan City had an informal discussion with Shandong Heavy Industry Group and SINOTRUK. Liu Qiang, member of the Standing Committee of CPC Shandong Provincial Committee and secretary of Jinan Municipal Party Committee, Tan Xuguang, Party secretary, chairman and president of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, chairman of SINOTRUK and chairman of Weichai Group attended the meeting.
Liu Qiang congratulated Shandong Heavy Industry Group and SINOTRUK on their achievements in the past year. He said that since last year, Jinan City has made every effort to stabilize economic growth, strengthen the modern industrial system, and accelerate the release of internal driving forces, making the economic performance maintained a trend of "continuous improvement in both quantity and quality". These achievements could not have been made without the strong support and active contributions of enterprises like Shandong Heavy Industry Group and SINOTRUK.
Tan Xuguang expressed gratitude to the Jinan Municipal Party Committee and the Jinan Municipal Government for their concern and support for the development of enterprises and gave a brief introduction to the production and operation status of Shandong Heavy Industry Group and SINOTRUK last year. He stated that both groups will fully leverage advantages, accelerate high-quality development, and make new and greater contributions to the construction of a powerful Jinan.
