Scaling New Heights | Sinotruk 2025 Global Partners Conference Successfully Held

On October 18, 2025, the Shandong Heavy Industry · Weichai Power Global Partners Conference was held. That afternoon, the Sinotruk 2025 Global Partners Conference, themed “We Leap·We Link·We Lead,” took place at the Qingdao International Convention and Exhibition Center. Liu Zhengtao, Chairman of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, attended the conference and delivered remarks, while General Manager Liu Wei gave the keynote address.

The conference was hosted by Zhao Hua, Vice General Manager of Sinotruk, and 620 partners from 97 countries and regions attending on site, accompanied by relevant group leaders and overseas business personnel.

Since the start of 2025, despite a complex and ever-changing international landscape and increasingly fierce industry competition, Sinotruk has worked hand in hand with its global partners to achieve remarkable results, ranking first worldwide in heavy-duty truck production and sales. In his speech, Liu Zhengtao stated that from January to September, the group achieved consolidated revenue of USD 22.89 billion, up 14.9% year-on-year, and vehicle sales of 335,000 units, up 22.8%. Among these, heavy-duty truck exports reached 111,000 units, an increase of 24.5% year-on-year. Notably, in September, Sinotruk’s heavy-duty truck exports exceeded 15,000 units for the first time in a single month, setting a new monthly export record for China’s heavy-duty truck industry. Full-year exports are expected to surpass 150,000 units, further consolidating Sinotruk’s leading position in the global heavy-duty truck export market.

At this critical stage of global commercial vehicle industry development, Sinotruk has demonstrated strong determination and a clear strategic direction. Anchoring on its future growth journey, Liu Zhengtao emphasized that Sinotruk will steadfastly uphold its mission of “Tech Empowered, Future Equipped,” and will resolutely advance five major transformation strategies: green, digital-intelligent, service-oriented, international, and diversified development. Together with its partners, Sinotruk will leverage superior products, thoughtful services, and cutting-edge technologies to explore new high-end development paths, providing global customers with commercial vehicle solutions that offer higher technological content, greater brand value, and stronger investment returns, while unwaveringly striving toward its centennial goal.

The next five years represent a crucial window of opportunity for Sinotruk to achieve higher-quality development in partnership with its global collaborators. Based on deep insights into the global market, Sinotruk has positioned “internationalization transformation” as the core driver of its growth. By 2030, the company plans to export 250,000 heavy-duty trucks, 100,000 light trucks, 50,000 light commercial vehicles, and 3,000 mining trucks, with overseas aftermarket revenue targeted at USD 1 billion. To ensure these goals are met, Sinotruk will work closely with its partners to achieve breakthroughs and upgrades across its full product lineup, realize win-win outcomes throughout the entire product lifecycle, and comprehensively enhance its marketing system. By expanding its full range of commercial vehicle offerings, Sinotruk aims to build a tighter global partnership ecosystem and deepen its presence in aftermarket and full-lifecycle vehicle management, achieving win-win outcomes across the entire value chain.

At the conference, awards were presented to partners recognized for the 2025 “Best Service Award,” “Best Marketing Award,” and “Outstanding Contribution Award,” accompanied by Sinotruk’s Bolden Pickup S-series vehicles as gifts. The pickup awards, featuring red and white as primary colors, were neatly displayed at the exhibition entrance, immediately drawing the attention and admiration of global partners. In total, Sinotruk prepared over 60 pickups as awards, demonstrating the company’s appreciation and sincerity toward its outstanding partners. During the product presentation session, Sinotruk highlighted comprehensive solutions across four key sectors—new energy, logistics vehicles, engineering vehicles, and light commercial vehicles—showcasing the technical strength of its full commercial vehicle portfolio.

During the event, Sinotruk also hosted a product exhibition spotlighting seven core application scenarios — end-to-end logistics, infrastructure, mining, integrated logistics, quality living, special operations, and new energy. The exhibition showcased a diverse lineup of vehicles, including tractor trucks, dump trucks, and pickups, as well as key assemblies and components such as engines, transmissions, and electric drive axles.

Since reaching the top of China’s heavy-duty truck sales in 2022, Sinotruk has been racing against itself, setting new peaks atop existing ones. In 2025, the company excelled both domestically and internationally, surpassing numerous global commercial vehicle brands to become the world leader in heavy-duty truck production and sales, carving out new markets for Chinese heavy trucks across the globe.

From nothing 95 years ago to leading the global heavy-duty truck industry today — Sinotruk’s journey is one of legend. 1960 marks a milestone to remember; in 2025, we set out anew!
