At 10:00 AM Milan time on April 22, 2024, Tan Xuguang, Chairman of Ferretti Group, hosted the Ferretti Global General Meeting by video in Beijing and answered questions from shareholders. The main venue of the meeting was located in Milan, and members of the Board of Directors, Supervisory board and global shareholders participated in the meeting online.
The meeting reviewed and adopted four issues including the 2023 financial report, and elected two new board members.
